As the main character of the story, Tegan is instinctively curious but also shy and naive. Her unexpected role in the prophesy forces the sombel to navigate turmoil outside of her comfort zone. Tegan must learn to control her instincts and her new power to successfully rescue her uncle and maintain peace in the kingdom of Fellnore.
Reliable and fiercely loyal, Beckett is Tegan's childhood friend. Because he grew up near Tegan's house, he treats her more like a sibling and a companion than a pal. Beckett is bored with village life and jumps at the chance to accompany Tegan on her quest. His bold personality and silly disposition sustains Tegan during the dark hours of her journey.
Kenna is a petite, feisty fox and a member of the Redlan Clan. Ousted out of her home village by a greedy government turnover, Kenna finds work as a scout for Tegan's ultimate assignment. Resourceful and scrappy, Kenna marches her way into the lives and hearts of the sombels and pixie prince, securing her own plan for revenge.
Prince Callum is the youngest son of the pixie king and leader of Fellnore. Chosen to accompany Tegan and her friends, the prince leaves the safety and protection of the underground tunnels to oversee the group on their journey to their final destination.
Tegan and the Green Moonstone follows the story of a young seamstress and cat creature, TEGAN, who learns her uncle has been kidnapped by the black rats, and knows the abduction is only part of the rodents' treaty violation with nearby clans, including her own. Tegan must now carry a sword and come to terms with her role in a prophecy to save neighboring clans threatened by the same black rats that have captured her uncle in a scheme to control the land. Will she succeed? Join the journey and find out!
I'm excited to announce that the second book in the Chronicles of Fellnore series is currently in development! Follow Tegan and her friends on their next adventure as they face new challenges and discover more secrets about the magical world of Fellnore. Expected release: Q4 2025.
